The AD2000 is a versatile automatic liquid dispenser, which is perfectly suitable for dispensing a wide variety of materials. From minute dots of grease to larger volumes of potting materials and silicones, the AD2000 is able to accurately dispense the desired amount of material. The fine "suck-back" adjuster allows precise and effective control of dripping when dispensing low viscosity materials.
The DD2000 builds on the excellent AD2000. With a digital control circuitry, bright LCD and memory functions, the DD2000 allows users to more accurately control their dispensing times for numerous products without having to adjust the timing controls for each individual material or product. It features smallest and stackable design without needing any additional mounting racks or accessories, thus giving users clean and work-friendly environment.
When highly accurate dispensing is required, the DD3500 with its precision digital pressure control system can be used. Incorporating a high precision air regulator with digital read-outs for both the feed and vacuum pressure settings, together with digital time control, allows the DD3500 to be fine-tuned to suit even the most demanding dispensing application.
The PD4000 is designed to be used with fluid materials which change viscosity over time. The fully digital control system accommodates the variation in viscosity of the material and prevents the resultant fluctuation in the dispensed volume. The memory function allows up to 10 different material types to be used with the PD4000. 2-part pre-mixed materials are highly suited to be used with the PD4000.
