The SL1000 Syringe Loader is designed to provide consistent filling for various types of assembly fluid. It can accommodate barrel sizes of 3, 5, 10, 30 & 55 cc for different manufacturers as long as the syringe has a luer lock connection. It is meant to be used in conjunction with a pressure pump to transfer high viscosity materials from a can into syringe of different sizes for easy dispensing. The SL1000 increases productivity and has no material wastage. Furthermore, it saves money and time spent on manual loading syringes. It is most suitable for grease, lubricants and high viscosity material loading works best for straight walled can/pails sizing from 1kg can to 20kg pails.
