The Cartesian-Gantry construction of these industrial robots allows them to be integrated over existing automated conveyor production line with ease. The digital servo controlled ball screw drives provide a resolution of down to 2microns per axis yet maintaining a 600mm/sec movement speed. PC based software allows an unlimited number of programs to be saved and recalled as necessary. The optional camera system allows fiducial checks and needle calibration to be carried out with ease.
